Golf Fitness For Seniors

For many seniors, retirement means golfing. However, don’t think that it is simply a stroll in the park if you are one of these many seniors. Seniors as well need to critique their game. For seniors, it is especially important to be in good physical condition. This doesn’t necessarily have to mean strenuous workouts it can mean easy to do Yoga and bending and stretching exercises.
Consider your flexibility. Exercise workouts such as Yoga can help a great deal with your flexibility. When your flexibility is improved your swing will be improved and your overall game. Stretch and warm up exercised also help to improve your game. Stretching helps to relax the muscles and joints and therefore conditions your body and gives your body better angle during your game.
Lateral side stretches also help to improve your swing and your game. Simple stretches such as bending over can also help and only take a few seconds each.
When you practice your stretches and warm up exercise repeat each stretch a few times each. Golf stretches will help to improve a players game and through increasing their flexibility they will have a better golf swing and better game.
